Way back in the day, near the turn of the century, I was introduced to MTG via some kids in my Boy Scouts pack who brought some cards with them on a camping trip. At the time, I didn't care at all about the game being played, but was immediately drawn in by the incredible art. I spent a fair amount of time that weekend just sifting through cards and admiring the artwork, and even convinced one of the other kids to let me keep one of the cards (Vizzerdrix, Dave Dorman).
Anyway, I've since come to love the game, and still love a lot of the art that's produced for the cards. But more so than Magic, art is my true passion in life. I spent most of my life exploring different mediums to work with, and finally stumbled into the one I love the most... glass blowing/lampworking. So a lot of my recent stuff is made from glass, but I do other stuff as well.
Here's my Instagram which is dedicated to my artwork.
